At High Cultured, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
